Shipping & Delivery
We know that once you have placed an order with us, you want to receive it as quickly as possible, so we use the best delivery companies in North America. When shipping your order, we will use one of three different shipping methods: Ground Shipping, Back of Truck, or White Glove shipping services. For certain items, more than one service may be available for you to choose from. Please note that there may be price differences if you choose to upgrade a shipping service. Pet shops USA is a drop-ship company, and as such different items you purchase may be shipped from different locations. Your items may arrive on different days and with different shipping methods if you purchase items from multiple brands or if you place more than one order at once. If you have any questions about shipping before or after placing an order, or while your order is on its way, our Customer Service department is here to help you. Free shipping is offered for items shipped anywhere within the contiguous USA.
Privacy Guarantee
At Pet Shops USA, we understand and share your concern about privacy. We do everything in our power to ensure that any information you share with us remains confidential. We will not solicit your information. However, we do collect certain types of information for internal use. When you place an order with us, we collect information such as your name, address, telephone number, email address and credit card information. In the process of filling your order, when required, we will share only pertinent information with certain outside parties such as carriers, distribution centers and product manufacturers.
Returns & Replacements
We are committed to your satisfaction 100%. If you are not satisfied with something you bought from us, you may send it back, usually within 30 days of receipt, and we shall be happy to credit, exchange, or refund the purchase price of that item, less any shipping or handling costs, except for products that were assembled or modified, made to order, or excluded for return by the manufacturer. When shipping is included in the product price, such as those marked "Free Shipping", actual shipping costs would be deducted from your refund. Also, some of our products carry a restocking fee which would be deducted from your refund. Please contact us if you need more information about shipping, restocking and exclusions on any products you are considering purchasing.

Items must be returned in original unused condition (including: packaging, inserts, tags, labels, accessories, etc.). Please note that in case of pet beds and pet pads, due to health concerns we cannot accept returns if the item shows any signs of use, i.e: fur, pet hairs etc..

If we determine the return is due to our error, Pet Shops USA will issue a full refund. Otherwise, after receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, Pet Shops USA will reimburse the purchase price of the item, less shipping costs included in the purchase price and a restocking fee.

Your account will be reimbursed based on the original method of payment within 14 business days from receipt of return merchandise. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. Before sending your item back, please inform Pet Shops USA of your intention to return your order (in part or in full). by emailing us at: returns@petshopsusa.com. We will provide you with an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) and confirm with you the address of the warehouse that will handle your return. Please note that returns sent without prior return authorization cannot be processed.

When you place an order through our website you will find it safe, easy, and fast! You can search for items using either the top tabs or the left side category links. As you click into these links, you will have the option to 'narrow your selection' again by using the links on the left side. A keyword search box is located in the top right hand corner on every page of our store.
Our simple shopping cart system allows you to create an account on any site, and shop at any of our stores through a single shopping cart. Discount codes and coupons apply to every site regarless of where they are found. See a list of our stores here.

Cancelling an item or order
All cancellations will be confirmed in writing: if you have not received an email confirmation, your order has not been cancelled. Pet Shops USA is unable to cancel an order once it has shipped or been prepared for shipping by the manufacturer.
